During these challenging times, one thing hasn’t changed – and that’s how much the team at Suncoast Outdoor Living values our customers.
To keep providing you with the same service and product range you’ve come to expect from us, we are introducing a range of measures to both keep you safe and make your job easy.
This week, we are putting into place a system to limit the physical contact between our teams and customers.
Our Sales Manager will talk you through the things that he requires to give an estimate over the phone. These may be photos, plans and measurements provided by you. Please note that during these times, our estimates will be subject to a Site Visit and check measure if required.
The office will be closed to the public and procedures for the Office Team to work from home are being put into place.
The phones will be answered and emails responded to promptly, as this is our usual practice.
Construction is still considered an essential service at this point in time and our teams are adhering to the Social Distancing Rules and Hygiene as implemented by the Government and WHO.
