We researched and had quotes prepared from a number of patio builders and Suncoast Outdoor Living provided the most comprehensive quote at the best price, taking into account the inclusions. Also their reviews were very positive. The work started close to their forecast date (severe wet weather had a slight delaying impact). The whole process from getting Council approval, through delivery of materials to building the patio went very smoothly. The actual build was completed in three days rather than the forecast three and a half and was done to an extremely high standard. Matt, Jake and Tom were polite and hard working, committed to getting the job done professionally and effectively. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to future prospective buyers. They definitely live up to their reviews, and we love our new patio.
