The Problem:

A dark partition between the patio and pool area was making the space feel closed off and small, while the heat trapped underneath made it unpleasant to use. Leaves from neighbouring trees were a constant maintenance headache in the pool, and mosquitoes and flies were turning evenings outdoors into a battle. The family wanted a space that felt open, looked great and actually worked for everyday living and entertaining.

The Solution:

Suncoast Outdoor Living removed the existing dark partition and replaced it with a new insulated patio roof finished in white on the underside, immediately opening up the space, reducing heat and making the area feel larger and more inviting. A custom pool screen enclosure was then installed to keep leaves, mosquitoes and flies out of both the pool and patio area, while allowing natural airflow and breeze to continue flowing through freely.
