The Problem:

Their existing outdoor space lacked height, airflow and all-weather usability. The original gutter design limited headroom, and leaves, insects and debris often found their way into the area, making it uncomfortable and high-maintenance.

The Solution:

Suncoast Outdoor Living installed a customised All-Seasons Fly-Over Patio with a raised roofline for improved breezes and natural light. We removed the old house gutter, added a larger eave gutter and used custom fascia posts to lift the structure by up to 600 mm. Twin wall polycarbonate skylights closed the gap between the new gutter and roof, while an oscillating fan and smart LED downlights enhanced year-round liveability. A fully onsite-built screening system completed the space, ensuring long-lasting tension with no sagging.
