The Problem:
With many of the new homes being built on smaller blocks.
It’s quite common that the outdoor or alfresco area sizes are reduced to increase the inside area.
A lot of these areas are simply not usable, with limited sun and weather protection.
The Solution:
Suncoast Outdoor living can provide a cost-effective way to extend the existing alfresco with a custom designed insulated patio roof.
Our clients decided on the traditional fly-over patio roof, which has quadrupled their undercover outdoor living space and given sun protection to both the lounge and bedroom without making the inside of the house dark.
