The Problem:

The existing patio wasn’t meeting the family’s needs. They wanted more space, better amenities, and a way to enjoy the area through the warmer months without bugs making dusk and evening entertaining uncomfortable. With a pool nearby, safety was also a key priority, and they needed a screening solution that addressed that without blocking the view through to the pool area.

The Solution:

The result was a new, larger insulated patio roof fitted with lights and fans for year-round comfort, fully enclosed with pool safe screens. The screens keep bugs out and maintain clear sightlines through to the pool, all while allowing airflow to keep the space cool and comfortable during the warmer months.
