The Problem:

At dusk, mosquitos made the alfresco area virtually unusable. Despite the new roof providing shelter, the open sides left the space exposed to insects and other unwanted visitors. Flies, falling leaves, and even the occasional snake or toad meant the family couldn’t relax comfortably outdoors. They also wanted to ensure their pets remained safe while still maintaining airflow and visibility.

The Solution:

Suncoast Outdoor Living installed our unique screening system to fully enclose the alfresco area without compromising its open feel. To improve access and functionality, we incorporated two 900mm-wide doors to create a seamless thoroughfare between the yard and the outdoor living space. The result was a protected, practical area that maintained natural light and ventilation while eliminating unwanted pests and debris.
