The Problem:

The existing deck extended beyond the house roofline, making it difficult to enclose without compromising airflow or outdoor aesthetics. The homeowners also needed the area to be fully sealed to keep out insects, birds, and snakes, all while still feeling connected to nature.

The Solution:

Suncoast Outdoor Living designed and installed a custom screen roof on both sides of the extended deck, allowing perimeter walls to be fitted seamlessly. Two self-closing doors, including a built-in pet door, were manufactured onsite for a perfect, gap-free finish that keeps pests out and lifestyle in.
