The Problem:

Despite being a great outdoor space, the balcony was rarely used due to bugs and airborne debris. Our clients also didn’t want to ruin the architectural lines of their home with clunky screens or frames.

The Solution:

Suncoast Outdoor Living installed our custom fixed screening system, complete with a set of double doors and a powder-coated aluminium frame to match the home’s colour scheme. By concealing most of the framework behind the existing balustrade, we delivered a clean, cohesive finish that didn’t compromise the aesthetic.
