The Problem:
There comes a time when a 3×3 pop-up gazebo just doesn’t cut it for an evolving outdoor living space.
Our client, built a granny flat on acreage with a small deck serving as a welcoming entrance. However, with the granny flat’s roof constructed from insulated roofing panels, attaching a conventional roof extension wasn’t possible. This left the deck vulnerable to the harsh Queensland sun and potential damage to timber decking.
The Solution:
Suncoast Outdoor Living delivered a bespoke solution by installing a fly-over insulated roof using our custom offset steel posts. Enhanced with LED downlights and a fan, the new setup not only protects the deck from sun damage but also creates a modern, comfortable space for outdoor living.
