The Problem:

Local councils are tightening rules around usable outdoor space, making it harder for new builds to incorporate practical patio areas after handover. The clients were unsure how to achieve a cost-effective, comfortable entertaining area without impacting their house design or overstepping council requirements.

The Solution:
