The Problem:
Having lived in their newly built home for 12 months our clients had been through all the seasons and had identified that they weren’t getting the use of their outdoor area that they had planned.
The property is within 300mts of the ocean and being a new estate is very exposed to the wind and sandflies.
The Solution:
This is their forever home, so coming up with a long-term solution to make the area usable all year around led them to Suncoast Outdoor Living and one of our custom-built screen pool enclosures.
The shape of the structure helps deflect the unwanted wind making the area feel calmer and inviting along with the benefit of eliminating the sandflies.
