The Problem:
Our client recently downsized to a smaller house and was interested to screen their fly-over patio.
The client was referred from a friend that have a Suncoast Outdoor Living screen enclosure already, so tehy knew the value of screening in the fly-over patio.
The Solution:
Our design consultant discussed their needs which helped decide what screens best suited their area.
The sliding glass doors on the house are now left open creating a seamless transition from inside to outside along with the feeling of an increased living space.
Removable screen panels were installed from the house gutter to the roof so gutter maintenance is easily accessible.
